I am a highly creative yet refreshingly organized writer, producer and content creator specializing in smart stuff and funny stuff — oftentimes for kids but not always for kids.
From my career beginnings in television to more recent work in podcasting and kids tech, I’ve always brought a unique perspective and a new twist to the party. I especially like blurring the lines between entertainment and learning, and playing with ways traditional storytelling can be adapted for new technologies.
My writing credits include on-air content for Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, PBS, Comedy Central, the Discovery Network and the History Channel, among others. Two of my original kids podcast series were produced with audio app Pinna, with the musical pre-school series “The Furrytones” earning a Parents Choice Award in 2019.
I am also a serial entrepreneur in and around the music business, and a former home organizer. Both of those should qualify me for an advanced degree in psychology, however my actual degree is a BFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College.
Formerly of Boston, Seattle and Los Angeles, I live in New York City, and I’m stayin’.
Honors: Daytime Emmy Award Nominee, “Cash Cab” (Discovery Network); Parent’s Choice Award, “The FurryTones” (Pinna).
